Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using tulpa.network ("the Service"), operated by Ad Astra Computing Inc. ("we", "us", "the Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is currently available by invitation only.
2. What tulpa does
tulpa is a trust-first coordination system for professional relationships. The Service helps you maintain and grow your relationships through a Coordination Feed (approvals, introductions and agent actions), Relationship Health tracking, Introduction Receipts, private scheduling Enclaves and structured focus signals (Pulses). Your agent may coordinate with other agents on your behalf, subject to your approval boundaries.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
4. Your data
- You own your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- You may import contacts from external sources (e.g., CSV files, email metadata). You represent that you have the right to use this data.
- We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- You can export or delete your data at any time.
5. AI-assisted features
The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft messages, analyze communication patterns, generate suggestions, summarize voice conversations and coordinate agent-to-agent exchanges. AI-generated content is provided as drafts for your review. You are responsible for any messages you choose to send.
5a. Agent-to-agent communication
Your agent may communicate with other users' agents to coordinate introductions, scheduling, context sharing and other networking activities. These exchanges are governed by your network openness settings, which you control. Your agent will not share information beyond what you have authorized. All exchanges are logged in your audit trail for transparency. You may restrict or disable agent-to-agent communication at any time through your Settings.
5b. Voice conversations
The Service offers voice conversation with your agent using browser-based speech recognition and synthesis. Voice data is processed in real time and is not stored unless you enable transcript saving. AI-generated summaries of voice sessions may be retained for relationship context. You can disable transcript saving at any time.
5c. Coordination and trust boundaries
Your agent operates within trust boundaries you configure. Actions that commit your time, share information or initiate contact with others require your approval unless you have pre-approved specific categories. The Coordination Feed provides a complete audit trail of all agent actions. Introduction Receipts record consent from all parties. Private scheduling Enclaves are time-limited and auto-close when their purpose is fulfilled or their TTL expires. All coordination data is stored in your isolated database.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or harassing communications
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is." We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tulpa.network and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed connections, lost opportunities or inaccurate AI suggestions.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the Service settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
